High-frequency & PTFE boards
Hi-Tech utilizes variety of materials from the Rogers 4000 and Rogers 3000 series, as well as Megtron 6 and Nelco materials to manufacture complex high frequency boards with impedance requirements and tight line/space tolerances of +/- 5% specifically intended for the automotive and telecommunications sectors.
Our production processes are designed to provide uninterrupted flow of these materials throughout the production line.
HDI Boards
Throughout the years, Hi-Tech Corp. established itself as a dominant player in the field of HDI production. With lines&spaces as low as 35um and blind holes of 75um in diameter, Hi-Tech is capable of manufacturing a variety of HDI build-ups containing blind, buried stacked and staggered vias.
Our team of 35 CAM engineers works together with customers to assist them in optimizing the design and performance requirements of the board.
Rigid-Flex boards
Hi-Tech Corp has 15 years of experience in manufacturing complex high-end flex and rigid-flex PCBs. Utilizing high-end materials such as the Dupont Pyralux line, Hi-Tech manufactures HDI rigid-flex boards with designs that include 12 flex cores, micro and buried vias.
Other product features include: open end flex finger, ZIF Connectors, polyimide, stainless steel and FR4 stiffeners, bonded and loose leaf flex layers.
Stencils
Hi-Tech manufactures stainless steel stencils for a variety of self mounting systems, as well as, stencils in screen frame in thicknesses of 0.1mm ,0.13mm and 0.15mm.
Combining our pscb manufacturing with stencils production we are able to provide customers high precision stencils with a design identical to the pcb data.
Customer can additionally choose between electropolishing and plasma surface treatments that will improve the quality of paste deposition on to the board.
